The Busy Giant

Across the river, over the hills, there is a mountain.

A very big mountain.

On top of the mountain, there is a house.

A very big house.

Inside the house, there is a giant.

A very big giant.

The alarm clock rings. It’s 7 o’clock in the morning.

“It’s time to get up ,” says the giant.

“It’s time to wash my face and brush my teeth ,” says the giant.

“It’s time to get dressed and comb my hair ,” says the giant.

“It’s 8 o’clock, time for my run,” says the giant.

“It’s 9 o’clock, time for my breakfast,” says the giant.

“It’s 10 o’clock, time to do the washing,” says the giant.

“It’s 11 o’clock, time to do the housework,” says the giant.

“It’s 12 o’clock, time for lunch,” says the giant.

He feels tired.

He wants to take a nap.

It’s a busy day for the giant.
